Shipping
We ship USPS, UPS ground, FedEx ground, or First Class post for international orders, depending on the size and weight of the package. If you would like us to insure the package please let us know and we will revise your invoice to include the insurance charge.
International shipping is by First Class Post. International packages will require a customs form with the value of your purchase. Depending on your country’s policies you may be charged a customs duty.
Please allow 2-14 days for the arrival of your purchase shipped within the US. If you have a specific deadline or would like to upgrade, just let us know, we can be reached at info@helpinghandsgallery.com or 985-231-5300.
SHIPPING PRICES: Some of our pieces are shipped FREE of charges within the continental US. All our pieces are shipped from Louisiana and we usually do not offer refunds or exchanges except in special situations.

REFUNDS: All of our pieces are packed with care to ensure their safe arrival. We usually do not offer refunds or exchanges except in special situations involving work that has arrived damaged or broken. We pack our artwork for shipping according to guidelines maintained by USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and save a photo of each pack before shipping. Please contact us immediately upon discovery of any damaged shipment.
